I’m stuck in web development work and not sure what to do next. I don’t feel real excitement about joining another company and proving myself from scratch again. Part of the problem is that my current role has become stressful enough that it spills into my weekends and I keep thinking about work even when I’m off. If the job felt calmer, I’d probably just stay, read books in the evening and not overthink it so much, but I don’t really believe that will change in this role. For people who’ve been through something similar, how did you figure out the next move when you weren’t excited by the obvious options and mostly just wanted something more sustainable? submitted by /u/AirPsychological9114
