I kept missing new listings on vermietungen.stadt-zuerich.ch , so I set up a small Telegram alert that checks regularly and notifies when new apartments appear. Main thing I cared about was reliability: if the city corrects a listing (price/address/etc.), the old alert gets replaced so duplicates don’t pile up.
