As the title says, I have no clue what I’m doing any more. I came out of a 10 year marriage where I was more of a caretaker than a spouse. I tried the online dating thing, but wasn’t finding anyone I felt was worthwhile. Then I cross paths with this girl I’ve known for 20 years… we always had a thing for each other but NEVER acted on it because we were both married. We’re both going through divorces now, so we started to hang out. Sex is absolutely amazing and we connect great on a personal level. Last night was the first night staying the night with her due to child custody stuff and we don’t want the kids to know quite yet. We both told each other “I love you” last night. Here’s my problem… all I know how to do is be married… Living together, seeing each other everyday… I have no idea how to progress a relationship without smothering her… submitted by /u/thewardedone1
