I saw advertisements for a nursing program at a local college that are looking for guys to act as models/ standardized patients for students to practice physical exams and other medical tasks. Pay wasn’t astronomical of course, but it seems like a simple way to make money. I was curious if anyone else has done this and what their experience was like. The only things that I am nervous about is how many people are typically in the room, the state of undress (shirtless, in boxers/ underwear, etc.) and albeit immature, the fear of arousal considering most of the students are young women in their early-mid 20s. submitted by /u/Alarmed-Tradition-88
