Dear all - I had a minor accident in November at the parking place of a mall, where I was well within the yellow solid line and a driver drove comfortably (by a large margin) inside the line and almost drove over my foot (it got sort of grazed on the side). I was really in shock, trauma, police was involved, had to rush to the hospital, there were 100s of forms to be filled and finally now, after 3 months, I receive a Strafe ! I couldn’t believe my eyes - this was clearly a case where the driver was at fault and now I have to pay a fine of 100CHF and “Gebühren” of 150 CHF. Its not the money, its just how unfair the system is: I received this letter last night from the Bezirk. Btw, I was trying to be the nice guy and didn’t decide to open a case against the driver. Any thoughts / experiences in this direction ? submitted by /u/ShowerBulky6353
