Hello everyone, I’m going to do my RS next year and I’m not sure which function to choose. I’m pretty sporty, but I’m planning to do DD (Durchdiener) and just complete my service in one go. Right now I’m deciding between Büroordonnanz and Motorfahrer . The office role would suit me since I’m currently doing my Matura and I’m comfortable with Microsoft 365 and similar tools. I’ve heard that this function can be a bit boring, but also relatively chill. On the other hand, Motorfahrer also interests me because I enjoy driving. My uncle has a truck license, and I’ve always been interested in cars and vehicles in general. I’m mainly wondering what the day-to-day experience for these roles is like. I’d prefer to avoid infantry, since I’m not really into the idea of sleeping in the mud and getting yelled at all day.
