I like to code, at the lowest level. I like algorithms and communication protocols. To toss bits and bytes in the most optimal way. I like to deal with formal languages and deterministic behaviour. It’s almost therapeutic, like meticulously assembling a jigsaw puzzle. My code shouldn’t just pass tests, it must look right in a way I may have trouble expressing. Honestly I usually have trouble expressing my ideas in a free form. I work alone and I put an effort to earn this privilege. I can adapt but I have a feeling that I will never have fun doing my job.
