Hello everyone, I am seeking some advice regarding my situation in Switzerland. Despite being married to a Ukrainian citizen and having secured an apartment and all the necessary conditions for family reunification, my application for a residence permit has been rejected. Since family reunification does not seem to be working as a legal route in my case, I am considering applying for asylum, as I am a citizen of Kosovo.
