Hoi mitenand Looking for some advice on following situation: Sold my car via a dealership on consignment basis. They agreed to look for a buyer for a fee. Finally the car has been sold but unfortunately there have been delays with the payment… According to the dealership they have sold the car to a leasing company which will lease the car and this in turn delays the payment in three weeks, the contract that was signed makes no mention to possibility… The three weeks have passed but now yet again there are unforseen delays. I have reached out to my rechtsschutzversicherung but also there no luck. The car contract was signed on the 04.12 and the rechtsschutz on the 02.01… I am wondering if someone legally expert could please advise me on how to proceed with this situation and also if anyone else has been through this situation as well and their experience.
