i used to struggle really hard with self harm, and definitely inflicted more damage then i ever intended to. i’m now very worried about how this will affect my dating life. My forearm is practically 60% scar tissue and it just doesn’t look appealing i know 4 other people in my life who has self harm scars, i guess the other question is would it be a deal breaker. how severe would the scars need to be to be a deal breaker? i know i would need to tell the other person before we would potentially start dating, i am just super afraid it will push them away due to the mistakes i made in the past submitted by /u/XA_LightPink
