I made a Jagex account and lost access to my email address and authenticator when I got a new phone. I figured this would be no issue because I used to remove my authenticator all the time. Because I made a Jagex account, I am no longer able to remove my authenticator, and I could no longer play on mobile. Thank God I am still able to play on my desktop. I realize it is my fault for not disabling it before I got my new phone, but I did not think I would be locked out of mobile forever and was told “there’s nothing we can do”. I know I am not alone here, so Jagex, please tell me you are working on a solution to this problem. submitted by /u/Trip2poundtowns
