I recently got an offer from a small multi-family office in Ticino, around Lugano (<12 people). Since this would be my first full-time job and I’ve just graduated from a Swiss uni, I honestly have no idea what a fair salary for a junior analyst role looks like. I’m also not sure how salary negotiation usually works in this kind of setup.
