I’ve been on a self improvement journey in 2026. I’ve been consistent with going to the gym 5x per week for the first time in my life, and i’m trying to stop some of my vices (alcohol, porn) but that has been a struggle. I’ll go two weeks without either and then relapse on one or the other. Besides these, what else can a 20 something year old man do to improve himself? submitted by /u/FastBreakPhenom
