I’m planning to build a lead gen / outreach business where AI agents handle the entire workflow—research, personalization, CRM management, and nurturing. Basically, replacing a 40-man team with one person and a fleet of agents. Is anyone actually doing this profitably right now or is it just hype? Also, what’s the best tech stack for this in 2026?
