Right now the company is using the excuse that “Well TeChNiCaLlY you’re getting two games for the cost of one membership,” knowing full well that the majority of players are playing one or the other, not both. As RS3’s monetization changes, they’ll keep raising prices across both, forcing you to pay for a game you don’t even play. Just offer separate, reduced memberships. Don’t make players subsidize the weaker game. It’s not our fault the previous faculty over the years have been bad stewards of the game.
