So I’ve always used the Tarte double side eyeliner and solely for the liquid side… OR their sex kitten eyeliner all though the applicator isnt my fav… but they’re the only ones ive come across that doesn’t “melt” unfortunately i cannot afford to spend the extra money on cosmetics right now as my hubbies outta work for a work injury. And we have no idea how long… My question is (before i waste money trying to find a decent “match”) does anyone have any drug store suggestions that are a dupe or they’ve had luck w it not melting??
