Just caught an account suspension which, like other folks have reported here, doesn’t indicate why. I haven’t been multi-accounting or min-maxing in anyway. Haven’t built anything or used any services that require my anthropic creds. I’m not even using all my tokens every week. I’m just a nerd trying to manage his homelab. Today I spent my morning on the sexy and bleeding edge subject of local nas backups. Anyway. I see a lot of comments on a lot of threads about people being given their access back after 3-4 days, which sucks but, whatever. I guess I’ll touch grass. But I haven’t seen anybody saying their reinstatement came with an explanation of what got them banned. Or if it was an admin error or something. Which leaves me wondering if I am risking more service interruptions by just poking around with my local Paperless container or fiddling with the Scriberr service. Even their ’ here’s what to do when you’re suspended ’ kb article implies it takes multiple violations, but I’ve seen no warnings. So, my formerly banished comrades, were you told what to not do in the future? submitted by /u/probard
