How do you deal with people on ricardo that buy your goods but then after end of the auction never answer back. It’s so annoying that I have to try to contact the buyer constantly to get my money and I even cannot bring my goods for a new auction as long as this case is not closed. I know the guidelines from ricardo, they say it’s a binding contract but to be honest, ricardo is useless in this case, because they will not perform any legal action. For what am I paying these ricardo fees? In this case, according to the buyers profile reviews, the person has done the same behavior already previously.
