Hi everyone, Recently joined a small company in zurich and they are organizing a company event during the week (all day event). On the email it says if you don’t want to go, you’re forced to take a vacation day off, is this legal? Like I don’t want to lose a vacation day on a random Wednesday, but also the event does not appeal to me (some sport event that I dont really like). submitted by /u/Odd_Today_1530
