We have activated Google Business Agents and are getting agent traffic. However, we have no idea what prompts trigger our agent responses. Yes, we can see agent chat volume in Merchant Center, but not which specific prompts drive engagement, like the specific keywords. Also, we can’t verify the product questions that our agent can’t answer and how the responses impact our customer’s purcahse decision.
