For the guys here who are good at fixing things (whether it’s cars, appliances, or basic home repairs), how did you actually learn those skills? Did someone teach you growing up, or is it something you picked up later through trial and error, YouTube, or just figuring things out as you went? I’ve been realizing how useful those kinds of general life skills are, but I didn’t really grow up learning them, so I’m curious how other people got started.
