Hi, I, like many others, am a fan of self improving, and I am the kind of guy who overthinks much, has anxiety… it’s really conditioned by women approvals. I happened to discover those communities about men, and I do think they did damage. Like i know looks is important, but now everything is felt like a competition to me. If i can’t be her one, i am nothing… and this really is hurting me. But for what it worths, i would like being a good person to know or stay with so… Now, i have read already a small book about overthinking, I read the Subble Art of not giving a fck… and others suggested me Do Not Believe Everything You Think and The Dice man (which i have yet to buy, it seems rare and precious)… there are some other books to improve emotional intelligence or elevating me as individual? discipline, etc… Thanks. submitted by /u/Nachos4Evah
