Just read this great article from the Harvard Business Review and thought the community here might find it interesting. It basically discusses how people who use AI can often end up with fragmented attention and undertaking a lot more work. Whilst at first this makes them feel very productive it can end up with them experiencing burnout. Really worth a read as I feel it’s so important for us to learn how to guide people into using AI in a way which will result in long-term benefits, not just short-term gains. What does everyone else think? Have you noticed similar things that the author talks about? submitted by /u/kaiz3npho3nix
