Hello Folks, I am the one who always struggles with understanding RAG and prompt optimization strategies. As a Junior AI Engineer in one of the startup, the work load is super crazy and overwhelming. Building entire system end to end without errors. So I am always looking for resources that can help me to improve myself in work. While searching for this, I cam across the book which is 2nd edition by Keith Bourne on Unlocking Data with Generative AI and RAG, and it has become my go to guide now. I just completed reading it this week and I won’t say I have become perfect but lot of concepts are clear and the practical hands on experience is next level. I am sure, there are lot of people like me who are new to this field and struggling to understand the RAG from scratch, so you should definitely check out this book and do let me know your thoughts on this one. Also, What resources helped you understand RAG properly? How do you evaluate retrieval quality in production? Any advice for someone building RAG systems in a startup environment submitted by /u/FoundSomeLogic
