Hi everyone, My girlfriend did a trial day (5 hours) and another 5-hour work day at a restaurant in Zurich. She never signed a contract (the manager got fired). The restaurant (new manager) says trial days are unpaid and they don’t have records of the other day because the previous manager isn’t there anymore. Both days were real work, doing the same tasks as other employees, and she never agreed the trial day would be unpaid. Does she have a legal right to get paid?, and how should we approach it if the restaurant refuses? submitted by /u/andrewclav
