im 17 and I’m in the WORST condition of my life I can barely do 10 push ups and I’m just so weak I’m sick of it. I’m in online school and I have no friends and I’m in a nowhere town. so doing this is not something I do often I’m basically and shut up in and I hate it. I’m trying really hard to get a job so then I can work out just by working but until then I need a simple workout challenging. I’m not fat or real heavy I’m at my heaviest I’ve ever been but I’m still pretty skinny I’m 150 if that matters to the work outs idk but. I have 5 and 10 pound dumbbells and a basic mat so just please give me a basic routine to do everyday for a year submitted by /u/lilgourd_lord
