One of my coworker (female) has been giving me signals for weeks but I didn’t have the courage to flirt back or ask her out (I overthink a lot and I’m very shy). So I txted her in insta, hoping we can continue there but she replies very late like after 4 hrs or so and sometimes after 1 day. Even though I can see that she is online. Most of her texts were very dry like as if she is not interested. So i made a gentle exit and stopped txting. Fast forward to after two weeks when I’m back from holiday, she started flirting with me again. Whenever I pass by her she keeps looking at me with a smile and tries to start conversations.
