context: 30M and every girl I fall for I get possessive. I know its wrong and it drives me crazy. I have a coworker im unfortunately crushing on and anytime one of our other coworkers is around, I feel jealous since hes such a charismatic dude. despite the fact hes taken I still get this feeling. its like I worry they are hanging out without me. ive worked on myself pretty hard - good finances, made myself more attractive, work out, take good care of my mental health, all the things that have equated to me being way less insecure - but I cant shake jealousy/possessiveness submitted by /u/Tarheil
