I just got back into the game with a new account a few weeks ago. I created an alt on the same account in order to help my main complete shield of arrav, and now I can’t get into my main account on mobile. The problem is that signing in with username and password doesn’t work. When I do that, it goes through the whole authentication process, and then the app just comes right back to the same sign in screen instead of signing me in. Signing in with Google works, but it only signs into the alt account. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? submitted by /u/ncg195
