I got tired of my therapist speaking in generalities and not listening to me. Basically, she took everything I said and just expanded on it like I was in a psych 101 class. I will grant this: We did solve a few issues, but that was about it. What do you do as an alternative to therapy (hopefully in a healthy way). submitted by /u/Wookie_wood69
