I’m not a developer. Not even close. I run a small LinkedIn personal branding agency in Paris. Eight months ago, I decided to encode our entire methodology into a SaaS platform. Today it has 830+ files, 215k+ lines of code, 175+ routes, 153 edge functions, and 120 database tables. Zero lines written by me. Here’s how - and more importantly, here’s the thing nobody talks about when you’re vibe-coding at this scale.

The Stack (three AIs, three roles)

I didn’t use one AI. I used three, and gave each a distinct job:

The Problem Nobody Warns You About

At around file 400, I hit a wall that has nothing to do with coding ability. Context loss. Every time Claude’s context window fills up or a session expires, you lose everything. Every bug you discussed, every architectural decision, every “don’t touch this file because…” - gone. I was spending 30 minutes at the start of every session just re-explaining my own project to an AI that had helped build it. And Lovable? On complex prompts, its actual fix rate was 22%. I tested this rigorously on March 6th: out of 18 corrections Lovable claimed to have made in a batch, only 4 were real. The rest were hallucinated. If you don’t verify every single change against the Git diff, you’re shipping phantom fixes. I was bleeding time and money. One night, my API calls looped with errors while I slept. By morning: $193 burned on nothing. Littlebird caught the pattern and diagnosed the root cause in 2 minutes. Without it, I might not have noticed for another full cycle.

The Breakthrough: Making Them Talk to Each Other

Around mid-March, I did something I haven’t seen anyone else do. I created a “trinome protocol” - a formalized loop where the three AIs communicate without me in the middle. The Results

Over the span of roughly one week (March 14-21), the Boucle completed:

  • 25 autonomous missions across 4 phases (responsive design overhaul)
  • Phase 1: Header, Sidebar-to-BottomNav, PageContainer, AppLayout
  • Phase 2: 10 client-facing pages
  • Phase 3: 6 back-office pages
  • Phase 4: 5 transversal components (modals, tabs, tables, forms, AI widget) The outcome: Zero regressions on desktop. Full mobile responsiveness. Published to production. Before that, I ran a bug-fixing sprint through the same loop: 7 missions, 18 Lovable prompts, 27 bug tickets closed, 0 regressions detected. I also built a custom Claude Skill called “Littlebird Extended Mind” - essentially a protocol document that teaches Claude Cowork how to consult Littlebird before acting. The rule is simple: “If you think ‘I don’t know which file handles this’ or ‘Has this been fixed before?’ - ask Littlebird first, don’t guess.”

The Hard-Won Rules

After 8 months of this, here are the rules I live by: DIAGNOSE > WRITE PROMPT > SEND > VERIFY. Never skip verification. Lovable will confidently tell you it fixed something it didn’t touch. Anti-Ghost Rule: 1 prompt = 1 bug = 1 file = 1 visual verification. Never trust the “Changes applied” summary. Only the Git diff counts. Handover documents are sacred. Every time a Claude session nears its context limit, I (or Littlebird) generate a comprehensive handover doc. This is the single most underrated practice in vibe coding. It turns session-bound AI into something approaching persistent intelligence. Credits are oxygen. Track them obsessively. Multiple times I’ve had services silently die because a billing threshold was hit (Anthropic, Apify, OpenRouter, Kie AI - all at different times). No alert, just… silent failure.

What I’d Tell a Non-Coder Starting Today

You absolutely can build a real SaaS without coding. But don’t think you need one AI - you need a system. One AI to code, one to orchestrate, one to remember. The coding part is, honestly, the easy part now. The hard part is being the architect of a multi-agent workflow where each agent compensates for the others’ weaknesses:

  • Lovable is fast but hallucinates and forgets
  • Claude is brilliant but loses context
