I am currently in the US military, possibly getting out at the end of my current contract, in roughly 3 years. I am married with one child on the way and plan for a second while I’m still enlisted. I’ve deployed and had my fair share of scary moments, done tons of cool things with different aircraft and helicopters, but I would really like to settle down in one place. My problem is, I don’t want a boring job after I get out. What can you recommend to me? My current ideas are cell tower/ windmill maintenance, heavy equipment operator, or some sort of national park ranger/forest service. submitted by /u/Short-Let-5297
