I don’t know what level of design control the mods have over this subreddit, but if it’s possible, I think a few small things would make it much better.
- Could we auto-pin a comment below each post that asks users to upvote if they think the post is self-advertisement or written by a bot/ai? I’m tired of seeing “this was written by a bot” as the second highest-voted comment. It doesn’t really add anything for me. Having a pinned comment for this would get the point across to readers without cluttering the thread, which feels like it’s happening on 80% of all posts right now.
- It would be great to have a voteable list in the sidebar of the most popular skills, plugins, and other tools. That way, there is always a fresh flow of knowledge about what people are actually adding to Claude Code. That’s it. I’m sure this post might not get much traction, but maybe it will, and it possibly it could lead to a change that makes the subreddit a little better. submitted by /u/rageagainistjg
