It literally says things like, 'OK, it’s fixed. Everything is fine now." but the issue is still there. If I then switch to the regular ‘claude-opus-4-6’, it finds and fixes the issue the first time! The context with “[1m]” was +/- 40% when this happened. Has anyone had a similar experience? submitted by /u/zipklik
