I saw something on television that got me thinking about this. I’ve been a dad for a little over 11 years and I do my best to guide, encourage, shield when necessary, teach through my words and actions to help my kids grow into who they’re going to be. My own dad was terrible at it so whatever he was doing was setting an example of how not to be a good dad. What makes a dad a good dad? submitted by /u/TurbulentPromise4812
