Long story short, there’s a coworker of mine that I spend most days with but is technically my boss. We make eye contact constantly throughout the day - seems like any time some makes a joke we lock eyes just for a second. However, he’s genuinely just friendly and nice to everyone so I go back and forth on if it means anything. Most of the time we make eye contact and I get a big grin, today he winked as well before looking away. The part that confuses me is it feels like he does not try to talk a bunch when we’re alone or go out of his way to spend one on one time with me. What’re some ways to discern if it’s friendly or flirty? Literally nothing could happen due to the situation, just can’t discern if the tension is one way submitted by /u/Apprehensive_Knee329
