I’m a Gemini subscriber and even though their live voice recently got rid of the horrible ‘vocal fry’ behavior, their voice mode still has very unnatural pauses and the intelligence seems significantly dumbed down as well. Not a paying oai user but holy shit their voice mode was so much better in style, cadence, response, and ability to discuss complicated topics without punting saying ‘ask a professional’. What are your thoughts on how voice modes from the various labs have evolved over time and more importantly who is on top right now? submitted by /u/1e6throw
