I’m at a point where I really want to get my life together. I know 6 months won’t make me perfect, but I feel like it’s enough time to make real changes if I focus on the right things. I’m trying to figure out what habits actually matter most. Things like discipline, routine, health, mindset, work, sleep, etc. If you’ve been in a bad place before and improved your life, what habits made the biggest difference for you? What should someone focus on first if they want to seriously improve in the next 6 months? I’d really appreciate practical advice and real experiences. submitted by /u/AnasAlii
