Has any lifted heavy weights and built six packs after varicocele grade 2 surgery? I was diagnosed as grade 1 sometime back. I assume I have to undergo surgery as the pain is intolerable for last few months. I have never worked out heavily in gym. My dream is to build myself and have a new look.
