Hi everyone, I’m unable to access Claude chats on the web because I’m stuck in an onboarding loop. I registered using my Google account and purchased the Max subscription ($100/month) during onboarding. After selecting a prompt in the onboarding flow, the page gets stuck on a loading screen and never proceeds further. Every time I log in via web, I’m redirected to https://claude.ai/onboarding . After choosing a prompt, it just loads indefinitely and I can’t reach the main chat interface. In the browser console, I see the following error: 400: {“type”:“error”,“error”:{“type”:“invalid_request_error”,“message”:“organization_uuid: Extra inputs are not permitted”}} I’m not sure whether this error is directly causing the issue, but it appears consistently when the onboarding gets stuck. I’ve tried Safari and Chrome on my laptop, incognito mode, disabling extensions, no VPN, clearing cache and cookies, and logging out and back in multiple times. The issue persists. Both my phone and laptop are on the same WiFi network. I also tried opening Claude in Safari on my iPhone, and I get the same onboarding loop there. However, the Claude mobile app works perfectly — I can see my chats and my Max subscription is active. So this seems to be specifically a web onboarding/account state issue rather than a network or subscription problem. Has anyone experienced this before? submitted by /u/pudth
