I would like to ask to all people that had their accoutns disabled if they coudl describe what kind of works they were doing , this to understand what kind of triggers might have been used by theirs system to ban people. Would be also good if you could tell what kind of appeal mail you did send in order to understand what details they do need to know about the process eventually. My account had just been disabled , and I have no clue on what could be apart that perhaps : I used vpns and I jusmped from place to place while working on 3-4 open vscode interfaces with claude code working and doing things, I do this regurarly when the connection degrades ( like youtube videos not loading etc I switch vpn location ) this might be one of the possible triggers for Automatic checks by Anthropic side? The other thing is that I have created a workflow of hybrid use of local AI , and outer agentic calls in doing a srires of taks slike analyzing documents, finding contexts , report to anothe rAI , send info and so on all that to analyze massive loads of data with a smart intelligence. This for an error of Claude itself and by claude itself own sugestions was done using the --print command for CLI in terminal and perhaps generated high load of traffic . I am also not sure if this coudl be one of the rieasons But I see a lot of their commercial publicity state , use agents, do this , do that, create your workflows and so on , so I did mostly what they publicized, but then I just read in the tos that they want you to only use APIs to do those agentic and subagentic works? This confused me . I am not bragging about it and I do nto want to complai n I just want to have clear explanation of what is lecit what is not lecit in clear terms and not confusing and contrasting announcements by Anthropic so to be sure to not fall into the ban hammer categories. I am really in need of using claude for my daily work and I am using it since beginning with max pro plan and I really hope to get again to work with claude as I also appreciate their approach to ethical AI development . I am totally willing to cooperate and to oblige to their rules, pay the right thing , but if the rules aren’t clear its difficult . submitted by /u/Prometheus_ts
