Claude Code seems a bit drunk lately. For the past few days it randomly stops sessions and throws this: …which is exactly what I’m doing: using Claude Code. No direct API calls, no custom script. It just happens mid-session and kills the flow. Anyone else seeing this? Any fix that worked (re-auth, clearing tokens, reinstall, account switch, etc.)? submitted by /u/Only-Independent6518
