For the gym girls So I’m an avid gym goer and not afraid to ask someone for a spot, I usually ask the closest person to me. Sometimes it’s a woman or a man. I simply don’t care who you are, I can tell if you lift or not. Let me state this, I don’t go out of my way to ask a girl for a spot. If she’s the closest to me, I’ll ask and if she says no. That’s perfectly fine and I’ll ask someone else as I like to push past failure. I never ask a someone for a spot when I’m attempting a pr if I don’t think they could pull it off of me.
