I am a straight man, and I was having a conversation with my straight male friend when he mentions a certain male athlete being attractive. I thought he was joking at first because I find this guy pretty ugly. I counter with an athlete I think is attractive and he says he doesn’t see it. So here we are as two straight guys arguing about which guy is more attractive. It made me realize that we have two different types of men. I also realized that I am not my own “type” which is a reason I often don’t like how I look. It’s improved my confidence a lot because I don’t really see myself as ugly, I’m just not my type. Has anyone else noticed this? submitted by /u/MilkManIsMan
