This is probably a really random sounding question, but I’m asking out of concern. I have a little brother who has always been involved in sports and goes to the gym frequently. He’s definitely more fit than average. He would [insert literally anything awful] than let someone outside of maybe my dad and myself see him shirtless. If he has to change just his shirt he’s going to go into the bathroom and change. Yesterday there was a moment where he didn’t have on a shirt in his room and I went in there and I brought my friend to his room to say hello to him. He freaked out, you would have thought he didn’t have ANYTHING on but he literally had everything on except for a shirt. I thought that was quite dramatic honestly so later on I asked him why he acts like that and he freaked out on me again but never actually answered the question. I’m wondering if it’s body dysmorphia or something because the panic he goes through from literally just not having a shirt on is concerning. submitted by /u/throwawayytrasx
