I ask this here because some men-only workplaces seem to have different expectations and behaviors, especially in the trades. Like taking a moment to eat is a sign of weakness. Or sitting down is a sin. Even if it’s not true everywhere, I know it is true in many others. So, what do you take to work to eat that requires little to no refrigeration and no utensils but isn’t full of crap? submitted by /u/nidena
