I purchased Europ Assistance insurance on my ski pass. I got into an accident where I needed medical attention in Jan 2025. I submitted my claim to Europ Assistance and it was approved in June 13 2025 and I provided all of the required banking details to have them pay the claim. There has been a lot of back and forth, they claim technical difficulties but have been unable to provide any evidence that a payment transaction was attempted at all. I would like to understand my options for escalating. I have sent inquiries to the ombudsman, FINMA, and FCAB, but all said this was not something they help with. submitted by /u/vefola
