Seems pretty obvious to me that if some large governmental body were sucking loads of computing power for their own nefarious ends, the overall quality and potentially even usage would diminish for everyone else. I believe this is not the last time that we’ll see real-world effects within the LLMs from governmental power grabs… submitted by /u/japhyryder22
