20m ever since I was 12 13 I was introduced to PH and just like I got into weed porn came right with it I’d masturbate 2-3x a day rly jus varies but it was daily and ever since tht age I’ve never made it past a day. About 2 months ago I made it a month clean and relapsed. I found that after I got clean it felt great but after you get past the masturbation addiction it’s a whole another thing to stop looking at women and thinking of them Ina lustful way. It was so fucking hard for me to go to the gym and not just fucking stare like I gotta try for the life of me to just not fucking look. It pisses me off sm because yes masturbation and porn and sex is seen as a normal not bad thing but so is weed and alcohol and nicotine and drugs and those are ALL bad things and it’s not something society should be okay with. I hope someone with clean time can help me I’m done with day 4 after tn. I’ve got over 16 months clean off drugs but this has been one of the hardest things to quit. submitted by /u/crippinneversippin
