Since servers were down, I was bored and played a little with the dps calculator. Assuming piety and super cbs are used. Using no other equipment against the gem crab, an addy 2h is worse dps (3.04) than kicking the crab (3.25). If in max str gear: Kicking is better dps (6.99) than a d2h (6.37). C hally whacking (7.19) is not much better than kicking, however, using a whip and no other gear is also at 7.19. This is absolutely trumped by the event rpg (goblin paint cannon, has no stats but is 3-tick) in max gear which destroys the crab at a furious 8.74 - basically the same dps as a godsword in max gear. Just found it hilarious to imagine that these huge swords are worse than kicking against a monster the size of a truck.
